Privacy Policy

How LINIARITY handles personal information — in short: very little of it, only when you choose to contact us.

Who we are

LINIARITY is a digital service studio providing software development, web development, AI automation and related services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit www.liniarity.com or contact us.

For anything about your information, contact us at officialliniarity@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92 313 5229079.

The short version

  • You can browse this website without giving us any personal information.
  • We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
  • We only receive personal information when you contact us — by email, WhatsApp, or the contact form (which opens your own email app or WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you press send there).
  • We use it to reply to you and to work with you. We never sell it, and we never use it for advertising.

What we collect

When you contact us: your name, email address, contact number, company or organization (if you give one), the type of project, and your message — plus whatever the email or WhatsApp message itself carries, such as your email address, phone number or profile name.

If we work together: the business contact details, project information and invoicing details needed to deliver the work.

When you browse: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the website and keep it secure. We don't use it to identify or profile you.

Our Data We Collect page lists all of this in one place.

How we use it

We don't sell personal information, use it for advertising, or make decisions about you by automated means.

  • To reply to your enquiry and talk through what you need.
  • To prepare quotes and proposals you ask for.
  • To deliver, support and invoice work we agree to do together.
  • To keep necessary business and accounting records, and to meet legal obligations.
  • To keep the website running and secure.

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: steps you ask us to take before a contract (replying to an enquiry, preparing a quote); performing a contract with you; our legitimate interest in running and securing our business and website; and legal obligations we're subject to. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make these channels work, and only as far as needed: our email provider (Google, for Gmail), WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to message us there, and our website hosting provider. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

We may also share information with professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) under confidentiality, or with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal information.

International transfers

We work with clients around the world, and the providers above may process information in countries other than yours. Where the law requires, these transfers rely on recognised safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses those providers offer.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Clients: for as long as the work and our relationship need it, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or other legal obligations require.
  • Server logs kept by our hosting provider: for the provider's standard short period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the information we hold about you; correct it; have it deleted; restrict or object to how we use it; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent you've given.

California residents also have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, to delete and correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To use any of these rights, email officialliniarity@gmail.com. We'll reply within one month (or the period your local law sets), and may ask you to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We protect the information we hold with reasonable measures — access limited to the people who need it, and providers with strong security of their own. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

This website links to other services, such as WhatsApp. Their privacy policies, not this one, apply to what happens there.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle information changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes affecting people we're working with, we'll let them know directly.
