Data We Collect

Everything this website and LINIARITY collect, in one place.

Last updated 3 October 2026

When you browse the website

LINIARITY collects nothing. There are no cookies, analytics, accounts or tracking.

  • Our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information to deliver the website and keep it secure: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time. It's kept in the provider's server logs for a short period, and we don't use it to identify you.

When you use the contact form

The form asks for the details below, one question at a time. It doesn't send them anywhere itself: pressing Send opens your own email app (or WhatsApp) with your message written out, and nothing reaches us until you press send there.

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Company or organization (optional)
  • Project type
  • Your message

When you email us or message us on WhatsApp

  • What you choose to write, and any files you attach.
  • Your email address or phone number, and the name or profile name your email or WhatsApp account shows.
  • The date and time of the messages.

If we work together

  • Business contact details for the people we work with.
  • Project information you share with us to do the work.
  • Invoicing and payment details needed to bill for it.

What we don't collect

  • Cookies, analytics or advertising data.
  • Payment card details through this website.
  • Your location, beyond what an IP address in server logs implies.
  • Sensitive information such as health or financial records — please don't send it unless a project genuinely needs it, and we've agreed how to handle it.

Why, and for how long

We use this information to reply to you, prepare quotes, and deliver and invoice work — never for advertising, and we never sell it. How long we keep it, and your rights over it, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
